Quick construct of a very basic Benroy. What do I need to order now that is not available at Big Box.
Any part of construction that is a bottleneck time wise for curing, drying etc. that can be done in advance?

The hurricane hinge for the hatch (I ordered one from Grant http://www.lilbear.teardrops.net/parts.html#hinge and was very pleased.).
If you are going to use fiberglass it may or may not be available locally (do not recommend polyester). There are other things I ordered but had to do with price, not availability (stabilizer jacks, 12v electric blanket, and the trailer itself).

You have (at least) 4 threads going today asking questions.....I think you'd get more replies if you asked everything in one thread. And you sound like your in a hurry, but there are tons of threads that have some of the answers you looking for, you just have to spend some time looking through them.

I don't recall there being a prohibition on the number of questions one can ask. I do recall page long lists of questions that didn't all get answered. If you don't have an answer you might save everyone time and answer someone else.

Del's list a good. You might do some of your running on the phone to save time. The Generic Benroy has as complete set of step by step as you can get.

I will add windows to the list of sometimes hard to get things.

If you get creative and really look at your local home improvement stores and hardware store you might not need to order much - if anything....And you might save money too boot!
For my build I did order the roof vent because it was quite a bit cheaper from a guy on eBay.
I bought my porch lights and power inlet from a local RV dealer. Otherwise all other lights, aluminum, latches, switches, ???? were purchased at my local Menard's or WalMart.
Let me know if you want any info on specific pieces.

Yes, looks like hinge, jacks, vent and windows are a good list.
Like MrBuzz mentioned, I found myself cruising even dollar stores looking for things that would do duty for purposes other than the original intent. Time I should have been using to build….but it was fun…

I like the way you think! dont forget thrift stores,, many a gems can be found there as well.. then theres consignment stores flea markets etc etc the list goes on and on!
