MK:

Miriam is probably right; but, don't give up yet.

Dr. Rot has an injection system that might allow you to poke in past the varnish where the cracks are and inject the bad spots in the wood with CPES before they get worse? That's just an idea...I don't know if it would work or not. It wouldn't hurt to give Dr. Rot a call and ask about this idea...maybe?

Thanks Sharon. Yeah I'v done all I can for now I think. If I have any more issues in the future I'll have to look into the CPES. But I hope NOT. :D

Miriam, the epoxy worked out great. It made a nice little dam at the edge of the trim... once I figured out how to apply it.

Mk, I'm glad to hear you are pleased with your fix. I used the cpes so I hope I don't have to do any fixes. I'm scared to even get my tear wet. It hasn't had the water test yet. I sure hope I don't have any leaks. :worship: You did a beautiful job on your td. Take care,Peg
