I was talking to my older sister the other day and we both love to cook. The subject of our long gone garndmother's Scottish scones came up and we both realized the recipe has been lost over the years. They were very heavy, lasted for days and she cooked them on an iron skillet. She was from the highlands if that makes a difference. Can any of you UK folks help me.
