I haven't been around much due to family concerns. My Father in Law has just been informed that he has approximately 6 weeks to live. He was diagnosed with a brain tumour 3 weeks ago and, after the op to remove it, was told that news. Our life has been put on hold until this unfortunate episode is over.

Just knowing the time is growing short is a blessing in itself. Time for healing, resolution and farewell. Celebrate a life lived with reminiscence of the good times.

I'm sorry Paul. I watched my mother slowly die from liver disease over a 6 month period and it's hard to live through. Like Steve said, celebrate the good times while you still have the chance. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am sorry to hear this Paul. As others have said our prayers are with you and your family. As Steve having time can be a blessing. I lost my Dad very unexpectedly.

Oh Paul, please give Kartrina a big hug from us. We will pray for you all. I know it sounds trivial but none of us comes with an expiration date. He might be here for a very long time or a day, as we all are. The Dr's don't really know. Only our creator knows for sure.
