Advice on how to seal plywood roof seams/waterproofing

Added the second layer of 1/8" baltic plywood to the roof today - thanks to all for the tips on using PL Premium.
I'm getting ready to do an application of CPES from the Rot Dr in next day or so and then filling any holes with something.
Question - what's the best way to go about sealing the plywood joints on top of the t and filling any nail/screw holes?
Thanks for all your help - couldn't build the t without this website.

I used an epoxy filler, also by Rot Doctor. I applied 2 coats of CPES to the ply (before I put it on the roof), Stapled/epoxied the ply down, then filled the holes with epoxy filler, sanded and then put on one last coat of CPES. Overkill? Maybe but it isn't going to rot

On the roadside of my floor, I did 3 coats of CPES and Bondo for filler (yes I know it is polyester resin based) to be followed by undercoating (hopefully this weekend.) And yes, this is overkill.

You could also put a strip of fiberglass tape across any seems to and strength and keep it from cracking. You may not need it if you are finishing with aluminum and it is well sealed, but it would guarantee that you have a solid seal between sheet splices.

overkill, isn't such a bad word, as long as it doesn’t add too much weight!
