guy at work had his bicycle stolen from the rack out front.. it was a good riddance.it was a piece.. lolololololololol lots of homeless/down on luck types in my area where I work

We sort of had a good ride today.. Laurie and I were not feeling well. The company and scenery was wonderful. It was also fairly warm.. it was well into the 90's.. which is not that bad for most of you.. but we have been back to seasonal temps for a while.. so it felt warm again. and considering I was vomiting.. it was hard to stay as hydrated at I should have..

We did about 45 miles.. it was supposed to be further.

We were along the coast much of it. Ocean Point.. Boothbay Harbor.. and East Boothbay.. :D

awesome! too bad about ralph tho... i have a cousin in michigan her and her husband who is blind have done over 650 miles on a 2 up recumbent this summer.. pretty good for folks pushin mid 60s....
