RV doors are top quality, insulated, light and water tight! They attach super easily with butyl tape and screws. They range from 5 ft. 8 inches high to over 6 ft.
Cargo trailer walls are usually less. Cutting excess off the bottom of the door is the only option. (It can't come off the top of the door because of the radius corners and waterproof seal.)
Check out Joel's 5-wide Rimple on the Hall of Fame. We cut so much off the bottom of the door that we barely retained the handle to open the screen door.
36-inch wide door on Joel's Rimple, but there's something like a 27-inch wide door on his motorhome in the background. The wider the better, usually.
