Its coming along slowly but surely. It should be going out for paint sometime mid next week. I'll sure be happy to get the windows back in place and sealed up so I can leave it uncovered again. Once the trim and windows in, I'll start using it again and finish the interior by piece work. This rebuild has really made me reconsider trying to reuse original tin again. The aluminum skin while expensive would have been much easier to cut to size than to to try to rebuild to fit warped, bent, stretched,, dented metal.
Still though, with all the many visual imperfections. I still like it.
I'm now also considering a decent sized window in the upper part of the door, or maybe a small (window) door within the door that will open to kind of mimic a split top/bottom door, that also serves in place of a screen door.
I'm debating adding some color or graphics instead of the original stark white. That too can come later.
