I do want to try green tea.. perhaps there will be something I like...

Wow....maybe even talking about green tea does it to you. :o :(

Hi!

I saw where Glenn said that I must have left. A nurse came over and I had to have my 5th and final IV drip and then I had to make a bunch of phone calls about my medical stuff. Not helping with my negative emotions :x I'm sorry that I had to step away.

Now, I have to leave for work.

Glenn, I am sorry that you feel ill. Maybe you should just avoid green tea altogether  But you are in tune with yourself and I bet you will figure out what to do.

Lisa--You amaze me....from forza to p90x....way to go!
You are very inspirational.

Y'all take care today and I am heading off to retail land. :) Just glad to have some work to do....it keeps the mind working ;)

Love y'all!
Jan

Aww, Jan, thanks for your kind words. It's not anything that anyone else couldn't do. You just have to make up your mind to do it.

Lisa you say you like programs... does it have to be something you watch and follow along? Or will just a written program work?

The book Hyperfitness.. by Sean Burch is a great program.

It is 12 weeks long which does seem to be about 90 days. It has 3 levels. If you are fit to start with.. you might start at a higher level....

but if you start at the easier level.. that would be 3 levels of 12 weeks each.

As a reference I started at the easiest level.

I have done books, but I do like videos/DVD's better. I will look that one up.

well since the saying is.. if you don't post a photo.. it does not exist....and after all that work.. I would be pissed if it did not exist.. so here it is [for now]

It is hard to get back far enough to take a photo...

Most of the stuff on the shelf right now... is from the work. I do have doors to make for the cabinet yet.

It really does a lot also.. those two exercises hit pretty much the whole body... while the turkish get up can be quite aerobic... the swings will put you right over the top... breathing and pulse wise. :o
