Yeah, it's good. I think I can get down there and do some stuff now. I still have to figure out what to do with the other 2 things though. They are still in my car.

put them out on the curb with price tag on them.. they will disappear quite quickly...

don't you have any other places similar to Goodwill... that would take them..

Nothing that I can think of, but I am sure there must be. I can always freecycle them too, but that gets to be a hassle. Half the time people don't show up, and you're sitting there waiting for them. Very rude.

It's called Supreme 90 Day....it's supposed to be like P90x, but cheap. LOL...$20 compared to like $200. I have read that some people say the workouts are comparable.
It's not really as hard as I thought, but I think I am just getting used to all these kinds of workouts, so they don't seem so hard. I am walking around slightly sore pretty much all the time.

I am liking the joint mobility program also.

I did quite a bit with that today, as well as a bit of stretching and foam rolling. My hip flexors were pretty painful on the roller.

Chris was complaining about his hip this morning. He doesn't know what he did to it. I thought of your joint mobility program, he could probably benefit from something like that.

The P90... sounds like it puts a high priority on achieving a beach body also.

I figured for $20, you get 10 DVD's worth of workouts, so even if it was only so-so, it's still kinda worth it. Today was shoulders and arms. The legs workout is pretty intense....ooh, and the tabata workout....ugh!
