Error message again

Seems every other thread throws a critical error . Back space and load again usually fixes it, but that is a pain. What causes this?

I got the same message too ... after I had this one:

message_die() was called multiple times. This isn't supposed to happen. Was message_die() used in page_tail.php?

I thought it was odd, so I copied it before reloading the page.
