Cabelas Camp Chairs on Sale...

Postby Alleged User » Mon Jul 18, 2011 12:17 pm

Noticed some nice chairs on sale online @ Cabela's. We're thinking about getting two of their chaise lounges, but have no experience with Cabela's chairs...anyone have some, and if so, how are they holding up?

Thanks! :SG

I have one I bought a couple of years ago. Very comfortable. There are different sizes (both length and width). Best to find out which one fits you best. I got the cheapest one they had and got it a little cheaper because I had a Basspro add for a similar chair. The Basspro version reclines a little farther back that the Cabela's chair, but that won't keep me from falling asleep in it. They are very popular with the Adults in our scout troop for 10 days of summer camp.

We have two of them - bought them on sale - and love them. I've been known to bring one in from the storage shed to watch TV. The only negative is that they are heavy.

I bought one of the so called gravity chairs at Wally World a few years back.
It's holding up rather well.
I use it in my living room when I'm not camping.
The one I bought at Big 5 didn't last 2 months.

I bought one of those rocking camp chairs while in Michigan a couple weeks ago. A couple years ago Cabelas wanted $80 for them. They are now $50. I ended up buying mine at Camping World for $27.99. It's a nice sturdy well built chair. Everyone else who was on the camping trip with me (who didn't buy their own) was jealous.

We bought two of Cabela's chaise rockers last summer. They are a bit heavier than a conventional chair, but well worth it. We got them when they were on sale, too...ordered online and had them shipped to the store...saved nearly $25 in shipping. They are a good investment and extremely comfortable.
