Yes I have! The stuff is outstanding!

I'm an RV Tech and have used it weekly for years now.

It is the same stuff that rubber roofs are made of. Has the same guarantee as a rubber roof, goes on easy, cleans up the same and is over all IMO a very good product.

I buy it direct though. http://www.proguardcoatings.com

Liquid roof and Liquid Rubber are the same thing (just a little different tint) go for the cheaper one.

BTW, you shouldn't need 5 gallons to do a 4X10 tear. They sell it in gallons and a 4 gallon can.

Happy Trails

Awesome! Thanks Len. I'm sold! they say a gallon does 47 square ft.
a 4x10 is about 40. Perfect unless it needs two coats. Does it?
I'll probably just get a gallon plus a quart to be safe. thanks for the reply duder.

I considered it but decided to go for a solid epdm membrane with the curved roof. http://www.proguardcoatings.com/rubber- ... -intro.htm its like $63 a gallon covers about 42 square feet per gallon.

Considering the curved roof of a teardrop, my calculations for a 4x10 come to about 65 sq feet. Correct me if I'm wrong

Is there a big difference between liquid roof and liquid rubber?

The above website you linked to contains a trojan virus. If you went there scan your machine. I broke the above link purposely.

Your floor may be 4x10 but your roof is a curve. It is amazing how long the roof can grow.

My latest build is 4'6"wide by 7'6" long but it took just shy of 13' of material to follow the curve from nose to tail.

It all depends on your profile

Image

The dark spot on the nose near the top left corner of the door is a overlap joint. From the front to the lap is 4' and from that point to the rear is a complete 9' sheet They over lap about 2 " so the roof length is 12' 8"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
In this little 4x8 profile below I tick marked the curve every foot in this picture you can see this tiny trailer roof line is 11'4 +/- in length
It can't be Painted....but it can be "Tinted" any Home Depot will GIVE you the tint.
A full sheet of EPDM is close to the same price but the cost of the glue throws it out of wack.
Its a coin toss.
Look for yourself and decide.
I just used it to do not only the roof but the exterior walls of my trailer. I applied it using a roller and paint brush. Its very thick but it does seem to work well. I ordered direct from the manufacturer as well.
Yeah- I think I'm going to go with two gallons of the liquid rubber. Thanks for the input!
