Found a little info on them. Ever was made in the Netherlands and the salesman's demo was a model that was not as wide as production models, built to enable the salesman to attend show where this could fit through the narrow doors, to display the type of larger caravan that could be purchased.

There are a few of these salesman's samples that have survived and they seem to be very popular with (original) Fiat 500 owners, like this:

From what I can see of it, it looks to be a Mini Moke. They were built in the '60's and into the '90's on a Mini Cooper pan with mini running gear and engines in Great Britain, Australia, and Portugal.
