Does anyone have a brine recipe?

my wife has used this recipe several times .....i think it is one of the best turkeys i've ever tasted

probably won't do much good for tomorrow though cuz you have to soak the bird for at least 12 hrs....but its good eats!

I was thinking the same thing. I don't do a whole turkey, since it's just the 2 of us I do a turkey roast. I put it in the brine around noon today.

Yep, on the egg with apple wood smoke. I've done a couple for practice and they turn out really good.
