New blog articles and photos

Postby GuitarPhotog » Wed Nov 30, 2011 11:24 pm

I've posted a couple of new articles on my Teardrop Blog along with some new photos. Most of the photos are also in my Personal Gallery here also.

The trailer is in the garage for improvements, the first of which is insulation and upholstery. I'm going to use 1" rigid blue styrofoam insulation covered with Hull Liner http://www.yourautotrim.com/sabemahu.html over that.

Chas,

After seeing Planovet use it for the interior sidewalls, I used that same material as a headliner in my teardrop and really like it. I don't know if you've ordered it yet, but they are having a 20% off sale through December 7. The coupon code is "thk20" (leave out the quotation marks.)

Take care,
Tom

Thanks Tom, I have not ordered the Hull Liner yet. I believe it was your recommendation that caused me to choose it.

BTW, I'm planning to glue the Styrofoam to the aluminum trailer walls with 3M Fastbond 30NF, as recommended here. I especially like the high temperature capabilities because, in the direct sun, the aluminum walls of the trailer can reach 140F with no problem :(
