I have finished installing the roof.
I used fiberglass tape & epoxy on the seams.
I gave the roof, the front & back 3 coats of epoxy.
Shown below is a photo of the trailer on jacks & the levelers so that I could easily work under the trailer.
I needed to do some caulking and painting under the trailer, and in the wheel wells.
Shown below is a photo of the wheel wells with the first coat of truck bed paint applied.
Shown below is a photo of the edges of the trailer sides & top showing fiberglass tape & epoxy applied.
The edges of the roof were routed with a 1/4" bit.
Shown below is a photo of the horizontal seam at front of the trailer where the front wall meats the curved part of roof.
Fiberglass tape & epoxy were used at this seam, in fact, at all seams.
shown below is a photo of the right side of tongue showing the caulking where tongue meats the body.
shown below is a photo of the left side of tongue showing the caulking where the tongue meats the body, and where the Tow Vehicle cable enters the trailer.
Shown below is a photo of the caulking at the rear receiver.
Shown below is a photo of the installed table leg stand.
Shown below is a photo of the trimetric meter, reading battery voltage.
Shown below is a photo of the installed battery & battery power center.
The +12DCV is connected to a high power switch.
The switch is connected to a 60 amp fuse.
The fuse is connected to the converter.
The -12DCV is connected to a 100m amp shunt.
The shunt is connected to ground buss.
Of course, the trimetric meter wiring is connected to the shunt, and to +12DCV.
I have ordered the bed, and, I still need to order the seat cushions.
I need to paint the outside.
I need to finish building the table.
I need to install the bed platform.
Then, I need to install the windows, Fantastic Vent, outside electrical, the door, and the Air Conditioneer.
I will deal with the water system later.
