If you have measured the distance from mirror to mirror on your car …you might be building a teardrop

Common now and post your one liners

Many miles and many tears. Times were hard but now they're changing.

If you know the towing capacity of a 1981 CB750F-4, you're building a teardrop!

(hint: Roly's 1/4 Nelson is good to go! I think it'll handle a Chummy II)

If your one car garage contains:

1 dissambled 8' Jim Dandy
1 frame for aborted Jim Dandy project
1 5x10 utililty trailer
1 steel teardrop skeleton, sitting in utility trailer
and a 5x8 trailer for a teardrop, in 'kit' form

... You just might be a teardrop fanatic.

It is 2:00 in the morning, you are putting up printouts on the garage wall and you run out of push pins so you sneak into the sewing room and steal your mother's sewing pins...

If your wife says she's leaving if you buy one more thing for "that damn thing" and you think you'll probably miss her...

If you've had to rearrange your storage building to accomodate your growing stockpile of accesories which may never be used...

If you consult the T&TTT Calendar to schedule your vacation requests at work...
Reality? What a concept!

If you laugh when you this sign....

... you might just be building a a teardrop.

I spotted this sign in Troy VT yesterday afternoon. The mountain in the background is Jay Peak. I spent 2 days skiing up there with a friend.

you might be building a teardrop

Postby Finntec » Sat Mar 11, 2006 5:02 pm

If you borrow the space in someone elses garage for two weeks to "build a little project" and it turns into six months and nobody minds...you might be building a teardrop.

If you are a guy and you learn to sew, and actually get your own sewing machine...you might be building a teardrop.

If your girlfriend is in the mood and you say I'll be right there.. and it turns into 3 hours later...you might be building a teardrop.

If you search your street for people's used cabinets that just might be small enough...you might be building a teardrop.

If all your friends & relatives call you to say, "that show with the little trailers like yours is on" ...you might be building a teardrop.

If you have not finished the 1st TD, but are already planning the next one...you might be building another teardrop.

If strangers keep walking into your garage, YMBBATD

If you promise to help your next door neighbor with a Saturday morning project, but never leave your garage, YMBBATD
