Hello from South Carolina

I got the teardrop bug about six months ago, and I've been lurking on the forum for about a month before I finally registered last week. I've learned more by browsing the forum in the last few weeks than I did browsing the rest of the internet for the last six months. Lots of good stuff here and I have not begun to digest it all. I'm starting from scratch to build a classic teardrop shape very similar to that of the Cozy Cruiser. Mine will be fairly simple without a lot of gizmos in the kitchen area. Just the basics. I plan to order a 5X8 trailer from NT within the next week and then my project is full steam ahead. Hope to finish in time for the fall camping season. We will use it mainly during the two moderate seasons here in the south. I am a big photography buff so there will be lots of pics, and I plan to document the entire project as I go. Bear with me as I'm sure I will have lots of questions.

I have found TD camping is so much better on the whole than tent camping in terms of creature comforts.
