If you are close to the Okanagan Valley while traveling thru BC, drop in for a visit.
Lots of room here for a teardrop campout.

Looks like you're a little farther east of my route going up and west of the route coming back, but I really have no set plans, so ya never know. Just have to play it by ear

Back to the original question ... ...

Many, many years ago, I became acquainted with a fellow from British Columbia, CANADA, who had an old Packard Woody Station Wagon and a '47' KIT that he had "woody-ized" to match the wagon ... he and his rigs had been invited to participate in KIT's 50th Anniversary Celebration in Nampa, Idaho, and even appeared in some of their brochures ... he even made it down to one of the early Dam Gatherings shortly after we moved it to Antlers Campground in Lakehead, CA, where he presented a slide show (remember those?) of his tour with the pair to Moscow, Russia! As it turned out, Richard had taken his combo to all 49 of the continental US states, every Province of CANADA, and all throughout Europe, as well as that trip to Moscow that also included several of the western countries behind the (still) Iron Curtain!

I've heard of several European enthusiasts who have toured extensively throughout Europe, but Richard and his wife are the only ones I've ever heard of that have covered so much of both continents ... ...! I used to think that I'd like to be able to do that, myself, someday ... still is a very pleasant thought, and not completely out of the realm of possibility ... but I'll need to keep my karma in excellent standing, and even then, a nice "gift" from Warren Buffet wouldn't hurt ...     ...!

Happy Worldly Trails, and as always ...
