what about either I think the strong smell or the side effect might make them think twice
There is a world, just beyond now,
where reality runs a razor thin seam between fact and possibility;

Anywhere I roam where I lay my head is home....

Ether, handled incorrectly and it could make you think twice about it as well. Definitely a hazard to others. I don't think you'd want a knocked out or groggy bear in your campsite. Besides, some of these California bears are "huffers". Doug

You mean Ether?!! LOL. It would evaporate and the fumes would ignite any nearby flame sources. If you had your fantastic fan on in your tear, you'd be the one oblivious for most of the night. I've heard bears even like *gasp* BEER .. even the cheap stuff!

Best defense, smear bacon grease on the noisy neighbors' tents (I kid, I kid!!! :lol: ). Although the thought has crossed my mind in some parks. Too bad those times weren't in bear country.

Hugs,

these are what the blueberry and other farmers use up here in ME and NH, if you're camping with running water I would think bears would not care to get wet as much as people. of course the wild reaction anyone on a midnight potty run would have makes me wish this thing had a camera as well :rofl: :laughter: :laughing1:
:rainy:

I'm gonna have to think twice before I go to visit the people in another camper at night!!! If their fire isn't out yet it could look like they are still awake. YIKES!!! :shock:
