I'm about 80% completed so I'll put up a journal. Built everything using 1 x 2 framing 3/4"foam sandwiched between paneling/luan and formica exterior. Using my tried and true 3M 30nf fast bond contact adhesive all foam surfaces are glued as well a the framing. Build floor to 4 x 8 then 20" rise and then flare to 5 ft wide then 32" above this for bed platform clearance.

I'll add a link later to a post in foam thread on how to frame the little guy style doors frank bear sells that is quick and painless. Just a little left on rear inside wall then paint it and then trim time and start the bed platform and them skin it and trim exterior.
The skin is finished and for is mounted in and now need to do outer moulding and trim. Can't get a full perspective picture until I get it out of the shop and in a truck which should happen in next day or two. With the flare to 5 ft, this has actually been more work than a trailer camper but it is looking fabulous for the intro build.
