Thanks for the input and link, guys. I have a couple of thoughts on it and a couple of options to build on.
Over the winter I salvaged a 25 ft travel trailer chassis. I cut it down to 14 ft, with the thought to build a toy hauler teardrop similar to the Littleguy Toy Hauler. The sleeper on the back with the atv located at the front. I have since used it for collecting firewood and it"s awesome for that. Overall, I think it is too heavy to use for the toy hauler project. It weighs 1000 lbs, with just decking on it. Add 700 lb ATV and another 1000 or so for the TD and then contents, gerrycans, generator, etc. So it's not long before your over 3000 lbs. My TV can tow that, but I think fuel costs would cut into my Kool-Aid budget.
As well I salvaged a nice big tent trailer chassis 10 ft long by 6.5 Ft wide. I have it stripped to the chassis ready to be reinforced. With this chassis I was considering a project that would amount to a CT conversion. This I think I could build with a finished weight 1000 lbs lighter including the ATV.
Any thoughts or input?
Thanks again,
