FYI...I'm still alive!!!
Finally found a house and my offer was accepted. This morning. It's been a whirlwind last few days. It's going to get worse, but it will all be good in the end. I'll have to have a bit of the fence worked on and added to, and a gate put in, and then the Grasshopper will be behind a gate with a cover on. I will work on getting a roof over it later.
Doug..this driveway is such that even I can't miss getting that tear backed in! Flat lot, so I can unhitch and push her up the side of the house where there is plenty of room. There is room for another trailer if I ever wanted one, and if I really went crazy and wanted more than 2, or decided I wanted to push the trailer in the backyard, I could have another gate put in or remove that section of fence.
I'll still be in the Sacramento area...just about 4 miles from here, and that would be closer to work. There will be a spot in front for visiting teardrops if anyone is passing through. I'll measure for 2 tears before we put the new fence and gate in!
and those of you who are on facebook with me...DO NOT mention this on facebook. I do not want it to get back to my current landlord until we chose to give notice. We aren't out of the woods yet..inspections are Friday.
