  Well Im finally putting the top on my 6x11 standy. My question is that I would like to put some type of bonding agent between the luan on top and the 29 gauge metal that I will be applying. Im sure someone can help me with this matter. Thanks so much.

 Most people float the aluminum so it can swell or shrink with the temps. Don't know what to use to glue it down. :(

3M makes a glue that works well but is expensive. I like many others floated my aluminum. The vents, windows and doors along with the trim will hold your siding in place.

Aluminum. Maybe if I put two coats of rot dr. that will be sufficient. I just want to make sure that I have all my bases covered. Water and air will go where nothing else does. I have to much time invested to have rot on the roof and have to tear it apart.

Another question that I have is about the 29 gauge aluminum. Is it to heavy to use? I have found a source that has 36inch x 12 feet for 28.00 a sheet, thats the cheapest that Ive been able to find it. Ive been able to keep every thing else in check as far as weight so I dont want to overload myself.
