You're probably going to have to go through the bottom end of that one....there's probably some crud in the tank and it's gotten sucked up....sounds like it's starved for fuel. Doug

On any of the gas pressure items I get, unless the tank interior is premium, I always tear them down and clean them. Nothing worse than doing up a nice paint job on something, then finding that it has to be torn down again. It seems that no matter how careful I am I always scratch or mark up the paint. Doug

Slow, did you check the fuel and air tube? It's possible that the small hole is plugged with varnish. Also slightly stretch the spring before putting it back together. Everytime I have had a dim burning lantern it turned out to be the F&A spring and tube.

I think I would question the "frying eggs" statement. More like a slow cooking not quite poaching. Will probably get them cooked but not like a good sizzill. But keep some hot water going.

Well, i did my Christmas Light up. No pictures. kind of cold out there. I have about 20 lanterns out there strung up along my road and around my house. I have noticed several that have gone out. I brought a Mil Spec in when it was almost out. But it came back to life when the fuel started to get warm. Going out now to gather up the rest. And see which are still going.

I think I would build something with its own legs to solid surface. But I don't put brakes on my trailers so why am I worried?
