Sorry bdosborn...There are 2 Bruce's. I missed you when I moved the sign up sheet closer to the end of the thread. I have you on the maybe list now.

Steve and Mike:

You may end up with more people than you think! The campground information says that there is room in the group site for 20 RVs/150 people(?); but, since we have tiny teardrops and TTTs, might they let us double up? That would give you room for 40.

PS. I'm a definite maybe.

Sharon, I asked the Ranger District about the size of the group site. There was conflicting info on several websites that described New Fork. Thea the Ranger said that they have been making the space bigger each year. But the space is one big area not broken into individual sites. So we can park where ever we want.

I noticed this on the campground website.

"Visitors should also be aware that their cell phones may not get reception at the lake or campgrounds due to the proximity of high mountains."

My kinda place.

Mike,
Please put me as a maybe. The timing may be a bit rough so close to the start of school, so I will need to check my work schedule.

Thanks,
Sue

This intrigues me, but I don't think I can. Question, by my reading of google maps your campsite is 150 miles from Yellowstone. Correct?

Google maps showed 140 miles to Old Faithful. I don't know where the actual start of yellowstone park is .
