We've been talking with comcast, our email provider. I just turned in a trouble ticket to get us white listed there.
But the problem is far deeper than that.
I've been working with the ISP of the forum to find out what to change so that outgoing emails are not blocked... it's not an easy process. I checked the blacklists out on the web, and neither the ip nor the domain are blacklisted. So I'm not understanding what the spam blockers are keying in on...
