I think its a severe case of optimism driven by watching a Storage Wars marathon and then going and getting buried in a locker that they paid too much for.. :R

Beauty of a stove. It'd go well in my teardrop, but at that price i can keep my bug ugly one.

Maybe he'll get that price? Best of luck to the seller,

I sure do like it when they are untouched. Brand new in the box. There is just something about being the first one. I myself would burn it. Show it the ways of the world. Dormant shelf queens are a waste of space. Burn baby burn.

The computer punch card is probably worth something to the punch card collectors of America.

The day my ICCC 20th anniversary lantern arrived I fired it up. That was the day of the IRG light up. I had it burning at that time. This past weekend I took it ( with many more lanterns and stoves ) to the Twain and Tears and burned it one night. But I think that group only had one thing on its mind. Eating. I don't know how we didn't end up eating some of those deers that was in the camp.

Randy, we didn't want to scare off the deer with all that light! However a little gremlin left a stove at our campsite before we left. Apparently you people are going to make a completely white gas convert out of me yet. Don't know why you did it, but thanks Randy! So tell us about this one.

Nothing special about it, just a run of the mill 500 from the early 50's. That I got back in 2009. I put a new cap gasket in it and straightened the grate some. Still leans a bit. It is a good burner. I use it in the shop to heat my branding iron for marking my pieces. I got another at an estate sale this spring.
