Excellent build! Do you have any plans to weigh the finished Trailer? i would be very interested in knowing the completed weight of your creation!

I'm glad you specified what that was for. There for a minute I thought you were going to start selling hot dogs from that window. ;)

Shown below is a photo of the trial installation of the Air Conditioneer.
It has been given one coat of paint to match the trailer.
The 1" x 1" x 1/8" (primed grey) angle aluminum is used to attach the Air Conditioneer to the rear wall.
The Air Conditioneer rests on the shelf that I had previously installed.
Another coat of paint will be given after final installation.
I tried the Air Conditioneer.
It works in both heat and cold mode.

Image

Next, I will install interior trim for the Air Conditioneer.

Shown below is a photo of the Air Conditioner.

Shown below is a photo of the rear bed platform.
Because of the weight, The bed platform is built in two sections.

Re: Terry's TTT Garageable Standy Build - repaint exterior

Postby terryjones1 » Fri Mar 16, 2012 4:53 pm

Shown below is a photo of the rear bed.
Ech half of the bed measures 38" x 64" x 6".
Each half will get a cloth cover.
I will place the 38" sides together to make up a 76" x 64" x 6" bed.

Image

The front dinette cusions are on order.
I should receive them next week.

Shown below is a photo of the rear tire carrier with the tire mounted on the carrier.
I have a tire cover on order.

Image

Some of the touchup paint did not match.
I will be giving the trailer one more exterior coat.

After the bed, dinette seats, and repaint, I will pretty much be finished, except for the water system, which I will do later.

Shown below is a photo of the rear bed mattress.
It measures 76" x 64' x 6".
Each section uses a standard bed sheet for a cover.
I used "Iron on" Velcro to fasten everything together
To the left, is the head of the bed; and, of course, to the right, is the foot of the bed.

Image

The front seats should be ready this coming week.
