That's just an Incredibly Wonderful routing job !!!!! :applause:  8)

Just a thought to test your router skills , now you can route an inner trim ring to fit and finish the "look" ... Probably don't have to cover it even , just paint it ... or use that new HW FF material ... that's looking better and better for just such situations ...???

Miss Louella
there is still something about your dog sitting in a princess bed that brings a smile to my face
I showed it to my friend and now she wants another dog her 15 year old shelty died last year.

I really like watching all the builds here on this site.

I know that you have already solved the circle cutting problem. This is another solution that others can use. A rotozip with the circle cutting attachment should do the job. I just got back on the board after a long absence and found this thread. This is a very good thread and I really am interested in your build, lots of good craftsmanship and innovative ideas. I can hardly wait for the finish and a road test. Been lurking here up to now.

I’d guess we’re all kinda’ anxious to see the outcome of that door/window ... This may deserve a sticky of it’s own ... easy Foamie windows ...

Well since we started taking apart the giant teardrop today, I wanted to pull out the foamie and see what was left to do.

It was cold outside, so I grabbed a tiny electric heater and threw it inside the foamie. Within a few minutes it was warm in there.

But I'm not allowed to work on the foamie until Chell finishes putting on the second coat of paint on the inside.

:D

Mike it was disheartening to see your TD damages ... That was just AWFUL !!! :o
But you know , we’re all most anxious to see the progress on your Foamie , which might turn out as being more cost effective and less trouble in the long run ...

Do you have any cost comparisons for your Big TD vs the Foamie .. ??
