You mean this thing? Ah yes, haven't had much time this spring to work on it.

And now I am temporarily distracted by a Winter Warrior/Rockhopper build. The Rockhopper should be a fairly quick build. And then I'll get back to the foamie!

Ahem, Miss Manners says that it is impolite to take a second dough nut before finishing the first one.

But seriously, I admire your ambition juggling two builds at the same time.

It's all good. So long as your building something the creative juices are flowing!

Oh Good, I was worried that you had given up on the Foam Standy. I admire your ambition building two at once. It must be nice to have the room. I'll wait patiently until you get back to finishing this one.

The foamie is back under the Poly Garage. It's time to play with winter projects.

Coming from the other person who took forever to complete his project, remember "haste makes waste" After living with Road Foamie for a week, there are things I will be changing/fixing because I made decisions in a hurry and/or when money was tight. Thrifty is good, throwing good money after bad is just painful and wasteful.  Remember Mike's admonition to use the best materials you can afford...

Wow I just got through all 39 pages of this...this has been like a novel! And now it's a cliffhanger! :D

I'm brand new and after seeing what happened to your wooden TD, I'm convinced more than ever that a foamie is the way to go...if there is a way I can put a galley in the back....ha ha. Thank you for such detailed pics and explanations...it's helped someone like me a lot. I'm terrified when thinking about making a door, windows, etc but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.....
