Don't laugh if I had a place to put it to work on it I would jump on it. Landlord wants nothing outside of the house in a house and inside real estate is getting kinda scarce until I get better organized.

I also don't want to make the caboose property look like a junk yard. I would have the city on my butt in a heart beat.

But yep you are right I would have jumped on it if storage wasn't a problem.
