I found some pc speakers in my shop that run on 12v. I just needed to make a power cable.Image

I have spent 5 nights in the camper and weathered a couple storms in it. Love it so far. This is what it looks like in current trim.Image

The floor is the size of a queen sized matress. It weighs around 500 lbs empty.

Update: I have now been using my camper for more then a year. I have yet to install a headliner. Still on the todo list. I have logged thousands of miles on it and slept many nights. I am still very happy with my decision to build this camper.
I have made made one mod to the camper. Because a failure of the hasp on the galley hatch would most likely cause a catastrophic flutter and disintegration of the hatch. I have made a couple hood pins out of bolts that secure the corners during travel. I have never had a failure but the piece of mind was well worth the effort.
Another issue was cracks developed in my fenders. I replaced them with some higher quality ones from etrailer.ImageImageImage

Using the exterior of the camper to shape my foam. The shell is only 4mm. Close enough for me.ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Very neat trick to use the outside of the camper to shape your panels. So, you are using 1/4" fan fold insulation for your panels? What is the headliner material?

One thing I always wondered about a stitch and glue camper was how hot it got in the sun, how cold in colder weather and if condensation is a problem. What has your experience been on these fronts? I would think that even a 1/4" of foam would help a lot if condensation has been a problem. Do you plan to do the walls too or just the roof?

Fine fan control has been key so far dealing with condensation. Just enough air movement to suck moisture out the vent. We have camped in the 30s and still were able to manage the condensation and kept a little heat in. Heat is not a problem. Crank the fan up for a few minutes and its gone.
