Trim Shock

I just got a quote from VT for all the trim on my build for $364 and $220 for shipping and handling. Is this normal?

I can't speak for the selling price since I have no clue what you are buying.

Shipping costs are a direct function of weight, size, and distance. How heavy are the items and where are they coming from in order to get to you?

Run a similar order through So-Cal and see what the bottom line is...

I ship everyday for my business and you would not believe what it costs and how much it has risen in the last couple years.

I ended up ordering the same trim order thru Amazon and saved $250 compared to VT.

If you're buying 10 or 12 ft lengths in a long shipping tube, there is probably an "up charge" included for over sized item(s).
