Crossroads of America 2011 - Update

More events planned for the gathering:

There are (4) "Teardrop Builders" who are helping sponsor the gathering.

There are (2) of these sponsors who will be at the gathering.

Whetzel Trace Travelers (from Indiana) and Camp-Inn (from Wisconsin)

I have talked to these sponsors about holding a "Builder's Session" as part of the Saturday activities.

They have both agreed to hold this activity which will be a "Q & A" session at 2:00pm Saturday.

This event should be fun and informative since there are many builders and trailer owners at the gathering.

This will be shown on the "Agenda Page" on the web site.

I'd like to thank them both, in advance, for their willingness to do this activity.

We can all benefit from the session. :applause:

And we've got an official map and it's got a lot of color we've pretty much filled up the area only a few to go.

This is gonna be a gathering I think no one will forget :D

You'll notice that site 15 is numbered with a red that's a site that's booked by a future Tear Dropper that we don't know yet. If it turns out to be someone with Our group I'll up date the map, I'll also make updates as time goes on to show what sites are still open. Don;t forget Kurt has booked 7 extra sites as you can see. If you're wanting a site let him know, when the 7 are gone every one will be on a self book and it will fill up fast.

Also don't forget the pool going on attendance guess, pick your numbers before they get taken.

Scott, Super job on the map. It's is truley impressive.

After tomorrow, I'll have some minor site changes that I'll post here .

There is a ton on information contained in that map and the "behind the scenes" activity that got it to where it is.

Thanks to everyone for registering so quickly. I hope the time between now and July is used to "fill it up" with trailers from across the USA and Canada.

Wishful thinking lets me remind you that Loop "B" is our "overflow area. :applause:

Linda, I can answer for Scott. He's pretty busy with the map and the twin boys plus his day job. I'm retired so I have lots of time.

All you need to do is to post a guess on this forum. We'll take it from there.
Thanks

I'm in the attendance game for 112.

Waiting for "someday" will leave you on your deathbed wondering why you didn't just rearrange your priorities and enjoy the time you had, instead of waiting for a "better" time to come along...

I've received more registrations this morning and now we have only (4) pre-reserved sites available.

When these are gone, then the "open" reservations can be made. The "open" reservation sites could be anywhere in the park.

Anyone who reserves these sites, (#10, 34, 64, 66) in the "central group", will get a free "Event T-shirt".
Shirts will also be for sale at the gathering but it's always nice to get one "Free". 8)

You're in with an 89. The pool is up to $41.70. That will pay for some gas.

You're right Darren, the web site had 313 "hits" yesterday alone.

I looked at the activity of both forums just for kicks and found this:

T&TTT (134) replies, (3436) views
TearJerkers (217) replies, (3397) views

Lots of views out there. We just need to turn them into replies. The next step is to turn them in to Registrations. :applause:
