Chips are always good and we've had people bring platters with hotdogs on them as we've always got a few kids that don't like the grown up food, can't imagine why not

Golden

Postby shortgmanp » Wed Apr 14, 2010 8:09 pm

He looks alot like my red golden retriever. It is my opinion that goldens are the best dogs a person can have. I wish I could bring mine, but he is not used to traveling.
I am a workaholic that loves a good challenge. It will also give my dad and me a good project to work on together. I plan on putting several miles on this teardrop, so I want to build it right.

We haven't taked about a movie lately....but

We have a choice between "Caddy Shack" and "RV".

Here are some other options. Some we have seen and some not.

My vote would go for RV! We've got both that and the Long, Long Trailer on DVD. Another somewhat obscure option that is sort of RV related is the 1985 Albert Brooks movie "Lost in America". My wife picked up the DVD a couple of months ago after we watched it on Netflix. I've never been a Julie Hagerty fan, but Albert Brooks makes me tolerate her for 90 minutes!

Others from the list that I'd be happy with:

Johnny Carson
Blues Brothers
Back to the Future

I'm a little surprised the greatest movie ever made didn't make the list....Office Space! :applause:

"Lost in America". Bring it along, if you want to. I've never seen it either.

Who knows - we're open to anything.

Wondering how many are showing up on Thursday? Of those, who will be traveling south via Indy? Anyone interested in a caravan down State Road 37 on 5/20??

We'll be at the Spring Mill gathering. Site 188. We will probably bring brats & hot dogs to the dinner (we've not heard any complaints when we bring brats!)

We wish we would have heard about the Across Indiana segment...we would have tried to attend.

Look forward to seeing everyone! It's been a lo-o-o-o-ong winter.
