Its a TTT, and not exactly a TD, but the Compact in the design library above has an indoor galley. Most TD designs just don't have the headroom to make an indoor galley usable.

You pretty much need to buy or build a standy or a ttt with a lifting roof.

Not even considering the fact that you can't stand up in a TD, you are supposed to have a 19 inch clearance between a stove burner and the roof for fire safety reasons.
A lot of people put up a shelter around their exterior TD galley, which keeps them warmer and enlarges their living space.
