In priciple looks good. Fifth wheel air rides do cushion, but they can be aired up and just checked once in awhile. This needs to be aired down each time you slide it into the receiver, then aired up. Sounds like a royal pain, will have to have a compressor on hand all the time.
In many jurasdictions its illeagle to have a hitch on if your not towing at the time. So for longer stayd when you want to tool around town on your vacation, you will need a compressor at your site to hook up to head home.
Me for one don't like driving with air ride hitches or multi pivot fifth wheels because of all the extra action going on back there
If it ain't broke, fix it till it is

Looks like a expensive solution to a non existent problem... OR I do not understand what it does......

interesting idea and I can see how this may dampen the up and down movement on a larger trailer
I used equlizer hitch when I was towing my travel trailer I really didn't feel it going up and down
maybe a good equalizing hitch would work for you and I'm sure it would be cheaper.

I'm thinking that my tiny house will have some substantial weight behind it so I'd like to consider all of my best options to prevent a catastrophy from happening, I'd also like to be able to use my half ton to pull it so there might be a few mods that may be needed to be done to my tow vehicle as well

I pull a tandem axle car carrier that weighs in at 1470 lbs and some times have it loafed with a race car (1360 lbs) and sometime with what ever car I have to move (any car or truck or tractor) my experience has always been if you get load balanced properly (tongue weight) trailer and car behave properly..... Only issues I have is when loads start getting heavy is BRAKES NEED TO BE WORKING PROPERLY..... And yes I tow with 2005 Chevy Silverado pickup....

If it were me I would get trailer hooked up with properly balanced load (tongue weight) and take it for a cruise before investing another $500 in to something that may not be needed.....

That WILL NOT increase load capabilities, Only cushion the connection. If weight is a problem then load distributing hitch is what you will need.
Air bags on truck may help but are not always the answer.
I have Bags on my ranger, but I much prefer to distribute the weight with an equalizing hitch with a travel trailer on. Distyributing hitch is also a safer option then air as it puts some of the trailer weight up on your stearing axel making a safer driving total package. I have air to lessen the longterm fatigue on my springs from carrying tools all the time, not for carrying excessive loads

The big problem is loss of control as the Tongue weight causes the rear Axle of the TV to become the pivot point, as in a Children's See Saw on a Playground. There's nothing about the item you're looking at that would help prevent this potentially-dangerous bit of 'Physics 101' from playing out as you tow a heavy load.

Read here how Equalizer Bars actually shift Tongue weight to both TV Axles, nipping this problem in the bud.

I can see where this may be good if you have a trailer with a flexible frame. The 5th wheel flatbed we have was made a bit light so it suffers from surge when going over bumps. A thing I'll note about it is I see the air bag, but where is the damping in the system. It is adding a suspension point, and in this case it is an air spring with no damping. Damping is needed to keep oscillation down.

I'm wanting to use this with a tiny house so not sure about the flexing but I highly doubt there will be any

Just how big is your "tiny house" and what makes you think you need a extra $500 investment into something that may not be needed..... I still say its somebody solution to non-existent problem....
