... after over 32 years in the business & pleasure of Teardrops & Teardropping, I've decided to close my doors altogether and enjoy full retirement to go along with our wedded bliss!
And yes, the rumors are true ...
... Kay & I were married on August 8th, at Railroad Park Resort in Dunsmuir, CA:
We are currently negotiating with a couple of companies with regards to taking over the marketing & sales of our Galley Lid Hinge, Crank-out Windows, and our line of Fiberglass Fenders, and will let you know who ends up with which when all the dust settles.
In the meantime, we will be selling off most of our left-over stock a little at a time, as we pull it out & inventory it all, and will post those parts somewhere here on the Forum as well as our teardrops.net Facebook Page.
The old/current website will be coming down in the not-too-distant future, and will be replaced with some general teardrop info and history. The LB phone number will be going away, too.
So, with all of that, Thank You! for all your past patronage, support, and tolerance & understanding! It's been a great 32-plus years, and I've thoroughly enjoyed almost every minute of it! And just so you know, I DO take a certain amount of pride in the contributions that I/we have made to the business, lifestyle, and the community that we have come to know & refer to as "Teardropping" ... I have endeavored, over the years, to keep my ego in check in that regard, and I hope I have been at least somewhat successful ...

Look for Kay & I at upcoming events throughout the country in the years to follow ... we may be retiring from the business, but not from the pleasure! Good Luck in all your projects, travels, and everything that you do ... and as always ...
CHEERS!
Grant & Kay
