Great idea for camping Slow. Seems like a lot of stuff to bring along though. Have you tried a Coleman solar bag shower?

For the house, why not just run a garden hose out the window connected to a sink? Easy peasy!!

This idea sounds vaguely familiar. Mine works well and you can see pictures in my album.

The pressure cooker also doubles as a washbasin for dishes and clothes. What I really like, as I hate doing dishes in cold water, is that when the water gets cold, you just put the pot on the stove and reheat it. I'm never gonna do dishes in cold water again.

Cheers,

Gus

How about a 2.5 gallon bug sprayer - just warm up the water and pour it in - give it a few pumps and spray away!
Some have even painted them back and left it out in the sun to warm up - lightweight and portable. Just make sure it's rinsed out good. If it takes more than 2.5 gallons to shower - then you are using way too much water.

pink skin cowboys and people drivieng by on north pavillon road don't mix!

you need one tarp wired with baling wire to the supports for the roof on the ez-up for covering up from the road.

we are doing this all on the front lawn of the house under the trees.

Why is it Bob Henry's name is mentioned when the subject of naked people comes up? :NC

Sorry Mike, just had to harrass you a bit. ;) Good luck with Angie's Folks this weekend!
And if this shower method works for Slow, it's gotta be good

Slow don't worry about the hot date just go take a bath in a stock tank, geez son your a cowboy! Worry about getting really slicked up for the BBQ and meeting her parents this weekend!
This is what I picked up for camping when we don't have a shower and also to do dishes and works great. They do have other kits with a container and a burner to heat the water but we already take a big pot with us and I have several stoves to warm the water up.
