Just 'cause you don't have the $145 to reserve the campground doesn't mean that there aren't folks out here willing to help make it happen! PM me your address and I'll send you a check for $50 to help keep this great gathering on the 2013 calendar. You got Friends out here, Buddy, so let us help!

List an address and those who can will send money. It's that simple. If you don't feel that you can accept that, then, ask everyone who thinks they are coming to send $15 or $20. If 10 people plan on coming, that is between $150 and $200 right there and that will pay for the reservation. Then, when everybody comes to the gathering, you can settle up on the rest, if need be.

When you have a gathering, everybody that comes must pay their fair share of the costs and they know that and expect it. It does not fall on your shoulders to handle it all by yourself. You can do this if you simply remember that you are not standing alone. You have a whole family of camping buddies all across a nation which is about 3,000 'smiles' wide.

Mike, I just checked, and New Forks is open August 15-18th. There may be other dates I did not check that if you want to pick something else. It's 35 bucks a night plus some other fees if I remember right. This year the 3 nights were $114.00. I will get a check off to you on Friday when I get home.

In the past I too have gone on and on about this group most just don't understand
it is hard to explain but there is a closeness we share from coast to coast border to border and points in between.
All of us have been on other sites that soon turn to fighting and bickering this one we seem to be able to respect each other.
enought of this warm and fuzzy feelings let's get on with planning "WALK THE WINDS 2013"

I know you can't please "all of the people all" and we really did look forward to attending the second annual Walk in the Winds, but we are not available Aug. 2 to 5th.
The week "before or after" would be Great! As we could attend before or after Yakima which is where we will be Aug. 2-5th.
Was the campground not available for your first choice?
