I am in the process of skinning my trailer right now. My question is what do I need to do before I fill all the screw holes and staple holes with bondo? Do I need to spray the exterior with spar varnish first to seal it all and then bondo or bondo first and then spray it? I didn't seal the insulated pockets between the skins. Didn't think it would serve any purpose. I think I will finish it with a couple coats of paint. Don't want to do the aluminum thing. Maybe later. What have any of you done???
I cut it three times and it's still too short!!

Bondo the raw wood is what I would do. :D Danny

I used epoxy and a lightweight filler. It is basically the same thing. You've caught up to me. I'm still trying to figure out how to get the aluminum home. I think I'll have to rent a U-haul.
