Gabe, I was going to add y'alls name to the list but ya beat me to it...you can also check with your local RV dealer to see what they may have in stock or you can use annealing to make box store angle/channel dead soft as well...............

I was told by So. Cal Teardrops, it was easy$$%&&^**((*@# yeah right!!
What's the trick? I ruined 2 sticks of drip rail, not cheap!! Will not dispair and will try again w/ help from fellow TD wizards.

It is easy, just do it at an inch at a time. Don't be in a hurry to get it in the shape you want. I use a precut piece of wood as a jig to help with the forming.

Like Gage says....use a template to do it. Cut the profile you want, attach it to your bench, clamp/screw down 1 end of the molding, then work the rest of it across your shape. A piece of wood and a mallet works well to dolly it to the shape you want. On a really tight radius, the mounting flange will want to curl as it is having to do a lot of stretching, so watch that. Just my experience with it all. Doug
