Heikki First of all great looking window. But I do have a question the rubber molding you used, what is it called, any pictures of its profile, and do you have a link?

Here are some photos of: Its double edge groove moulding.. the main body side is a little wider than that of the window side.. then it has a triangular lock rubber moulding that is slid in place in the back..

The window product is called Marine Grade "Perspex" that I used and it is 4mm in thickness.
Its guaranteed for 10 years.

Here is an english/uk website of the same material I used for windows..

http://www.sunlightplastics.co.uk/marine.php

I also have special marine safety glass that I cut out at same thickness. So Im trying both..see which I like best.

I,ll get some photos of the lock moulding for you as well..

Here is my template...

I do believe that rob48 used almost the same type of moulding Im not sure but his is thicker as is his wall on his beautiful looking tear.. these mouldings come in different widths so many installation areas are possible..

But let me check the name as I dont know more than its window profile. Its widely used here for Boats and Yachts...

Classic Finn,

I really like those windows. Do they open?

:o Heikki, the windows are great. Did you not like the fiberglass as a final skin?
