Heikki First of all great looking window. But I do have a question the rubber molding you used, what is it called, any pictures of its profile, and do you have a link?

Here are some photos of: Its double edge groove moulding.. the main body side is a little wider than that of the window side.. then it has a triangular lock rubber moulding that is slid in place in the back..

The window product is called Marine Grade "Perspex" that I used and it is 4mm in thickness.
Its guaranteed for 10 years. :thumbsup:

I also have special marine safety glass that I cut out at same thickness. So Im trying both..see which I like best.

I do believe that rob48 used almost the same type of moulding Im not sure but his is thicker as is his wall on his beautiful looking tear.. these mouldings come in different widths so many installation areas are possible..

But let me check the name as I dont know more than its window profile. Its widely used here for Boats and Yachts...

I called there yesterday and the vinyl is sewn and they are waiting on fireproof foam for underneath to come in... Im installing a 10mm foam under it.

I,ll take photos of it asap for you and others upon its arrival..

Ok folks just got in from installing 2nd window...Soooo both windows are done - Installed.. The 2nd went on easier than the 1st but ..here are some pics..

Now to get the front forward lights pulled below the windows.. ;)

Here is what the front lights attatched will be like with the towbox..thats just waiting to be put on as well..Now that its skinned.. 8) 8)

Well Hi There Auntie M... Great to hear from you... hope your doing fine..
I like the way the windows came out.. :thumbsup:

As far as the fiberglass yes its good but I want to do somthing more..as always... :lol: :lol: :lol: :designing: :coffee: The fiberglass is there to stay...but not on the next tear - no more fiberglass..Just wood ... ;)

That vinyl should be here before Friday...I can hardly wait... ;)

Ohh Todah did give me an idea for the front windows to open by asking about it if they do open....just may
design somthing for it yet... :twisted: :lol:

No I wont add them now.. :lol: :lol: I see Dean is moving along real nicely..

Im going out in a few minutes yet to add the front lights on..wont take long since the wires are all there already... 8) 8)

looks like I,ll be taking the tear for a quick trip to the place that has to change the towbar if I remember I mentioned it ..it needs to be Eu stamped and approved... :cry: :cry: It is an hour away from us.. :x $>
