We do seem to have a strange sense of what is fun.

Also as a carpenter told me years ago "The mark of a true craftsman is how well they hide their mistakes" That was the day I found out about electrical outlet mistake plates. saved my bacon.

I should of listened to wife who said use the router. ( She was one smart cookie) anyhow the damage has been done. I am also in a pickle that even if i hadnt messed the cut how to attach these windows to the door.

So was thinking of just scraping the idea all together i have other windows in Charley and just fixing the doors, ie cutting it out square and patching the hole closed. i hope i am making sense. Pictures to follow later. :?
your wife is a smart cookie.. a router is by far the best solution.. but clean straight cuts around corners with a jigsaw are possible.. the best blades I've used so far are Bosch "progressor" in the taper ground series..

Oh she was the best for sure. Anyhow what I did was order some flexiable molding that is used in home construction. Thinking it will do the trick.
