Joanie wants the one next to the lake just a little farther back than the site Kevin was in... Closer to those showers I think. I don't remember a lot of tree cover on that one, but that's the one she wants. Shelly and Pam are getting there on Weds. and agreed not to take it... Gonna have them over for prime rib on Fri. eve.
Shelly is also bringing the 20"er for me.

Or are you off to the hinterlands? Doug

I did a little remodel on the galley. I built the galley around a cooler I had. It was too small and I replaced it with a bigger and better cooler. I was using the old one for storage but it was not a good use of space.

Hinge capacity?

Postby WoodSmith » Sat May 19, 2007 8:39 pm

I like it! Just one question, what is the capacity on those hinges? It would really suck to be boiling pasta or corn or crab or you name it on the right burner and hear cracking. A hot stove falling with a large pot of boiling water on top would be a nasty thing to try to catch. And tough to overcome the instinct to try to catch it.

Again, I like the concept, and the hinges may be up to par, it's just tough to see them in the pic.

Before I added the fold up shelf I put a lot of downward pressure on the very end of the door. More than I think I would have on the stove and it seem to hold fine. I'm also considering adding a third hinge.

That looks great. I'm curious, though. What's between the 120V outlets and the 12V socket?

Jim,

It looks like you did a great job on the table. How was cooking on it at the Dam Gathering. I really like not having to cook down on the ground any more. The taller tables are a lot easier on my back.

Jim,

That is just super slick!! What a great upgrade for your galley. I frees up a ton of space in your galley. I like it a lot!!
