Trim Moulding found in Europe

Found a company in Europe that sells Trim Moulding. Soft for easy bending. Website is here http://tacoeurope.com/cat--Trim-Moulding--trim.html They have other interesting parts as well. ;)

A50-0273

Light Weight aluminum edge trim for tight radius bending. 6000 prime grade aluminum grade alloy.

Another term for it is - Transom Trim

Ah yes, 6000 series AL; referred to high formabilty in aircraft.

So :o :shock: Is this good material to use then? What do I know :lol: :lol:

From that website is that other moulding good for use ?

Yep; at Boeing; used aa lot with forming compound contours as it is 'soft' and won't crack. Then it can be heat-treated to a T6 condition

Ive been diggin deeper into this company via the website. And again I found this.

Sooo is this also the soft bendable moulding. All that says 6000? If so what luck I have in finding this site. :D :D

However what is the normal size corner moulding you folks use there in the States? Is this too big maybe? :thinking:
