I thought some of you may enjoy this video clip. Especially those in snow country.

Growing up in a farming equipment supplier family, I've never seen or heard anything like this. I think it's pretty cool.
This tractor/snow-machine was invented by a very ingenuous man by the name of Henry Ford.

not only did I enjoy it... I forwarded it to my guy friends... those old films/videos show a lot of ingenuity....... and I like that.

Really cool, and clearly very effective. You have to wonder why this design didn't catch on. The only thing I can think of would be the considerable effort of jacking up a tractor or automobile in order to attach the running gear.
